Is ‘Lion Park’ open and can we come with our own car?

Our lion park is open and accessible by participating in our tours. Because we are the only zoo in the area, we do not allow visitors outside of tours due to high demand. If you arrive with your own vehicle, we will not allow you to visit.

-The name of the closed zoo is ‘BERKEM ASLAN DİYARI’. So, it has nothing to do with our zoo.

When Will I Make the Payment?

When we come to pick you up, you can pay in cash, we do not accept credit cards.
Do you pick us up from our hotel at the start of the tour and drop us off at the end?
Yes, we will pick you up from your hotel at the start of the tour and drop you off at your hotel at the end. According to hotel rules, please wait by the hotel security gate (not in front of the lobby) at your pick-up time (which will be written on your ticket).
What is the difference between the Lion Park Safari Tour and the private tour with Lions?
The safari tour is carried out in cabrio minibuses with large groups of 75-100 people, and the time spent with the lion cubs and taking photos is 5-7 minutes, and photography is charged extra.
The private tour is for groups of 6-16 people and you can spend approximately 1 hour with the lions and the photo is included in the price.
Do you sell through Getyourguide.com?
We do not sell tours on Getyourguide.com. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews or prices and be disappointed.
What is included in the tour price and how can I access the tour program?
When you click on the tours, prices, details, what’s included, and the tour itinerary are listed. There’s no need to ask us again.
What currencies can I pay with?
We accept Euros, Dollars, Lira, and Pounds. We calculate the price by searching on Google on the day of the tour (you can calculate it yourself). We only accept cash. Credit cards are not accepted.

How can we find out the tour transfer time from our location?

After you make your reservation, we’ll inform you of your transfer time and provide a complimentary transfer. At the end of the tour, we’ll drop you off at your hotel.

How can I cancel or change my reservation?

You can cancel up to 12 hours before the tour. Last-minute cancellations will require a 50% refund of the tour price, as the bus will be ready and reserved for you. Illness and inability to wake up are unacceptable.

How can I make my reservation?

When you click on the tour you’d like to join on our website, you’ll find the reservation form on the right. You can create a reservation by entering the required information, and we’ll contact you. You can also book your desired tour through our offices.

How will I know where I will be picked up after I make a reservation?

After making your reservation, all you have to do is contact us and let us know where you would like to be picked up from.

Do I need to reconfirm my reservation by phone?

No additional confirmation is required, but if you have any questions, you can contact us 24/7 on our registered numbers.

From which regions can I join the tour?

Side, Alanya and its neighborhoods, Manavgat, Lara, Belek, Serik, Kundu, Boğazkent, Konyaaltı. We pick you up from hotels/addresses in these areas and drop you off at your hotel.

I’m not staying at the hotel, can I join the tours?

You, our valued guests, do not need to stay at a hotel to participate in our tours. Simply provide us with your accommodation information and we can transfer you to the tour.

Do I need to provide my room number?

There is no such obligation, but if we cannot find you at the location notified to you, we can easily reach you via your room number.

How to reach us at hotels?

Due to the ban on entry to some hotels, we inform our customers that they should wait in front of the door. However, if we cannot find you there, we can easily reach you by making an announcement or calling the reception to your room.

Do we need to bring our passport and extra money with us?

Make sure you have your passport photo with you, and if you are going to spend extra, you can take some cash with you.

Do you organize private tours for groups?

Yes, we can organize a private tour just for you. We can create an itinerary for you and your group, tailoring the itinerary and time to your preferences.

Can I hold the lions & take photos?

-You can spend time with lion cubs and take photos with them, accompanied by lion keepers.

How can I get to the Land of Lions?

-You must make a reservation through our website, we will pick you up from your hotel and drop you off at the end of the tour, it is included in our prices.

Where can we take part in a private lion tour & lion safari?

-Private lion tours are small groups of 6-8 people, allowing you to spend quality time with lion families and lion cubs. They take place at the lion park in the foothills of the Taurus Mountains in the Manavgat district.
